PORTLAND, Ore. – Have you ever thought about writing your story or sharing your life-altering events? Does your family really know about their heritage? Portland Community College can help you have the satisfaction of telling history your way with an upcoming non-credit class.You don’t need to reach an old age to begin Writing Your Life’s Experience. Instructor Jois Brownstien will teach the techniques that will enhance your story and make it ready to share with others now. You may even find a lucrative market for your story, just like the authors of the bestselling "Rocket Boys" and "Angela’s Ashes."The eight-week class will be held from 5:30 to 6:50 p.m. Mondays, March 28 through May 16, at the PCC Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave. Cost is $59.
