PCC offers Katrina evacuees free tuition, fees

PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland Community College is helping Hurricane Katrina evacuees adjust to their new life following the disasters.For residents of the Gulf Coast region, PCC is offering free tuition and fees for fall term. Qualifying individuals must provide proof of residency from the affected areas.
