PORTLAND, Ore. – Brushing up on skills is always a good idea. For mediators it is even more important as they must listen effectively to and understand the needs of their clients. Portland Community College’s popular non-credit mediation training program offers a new class for trained mediators to brush up on their feedback skills.

Molly Keating will teach Mediation Lab. Role-play is included. By the end of the three sessions you will have mediated once and played a party twice. The class is open to trained mediators only.

The class will meet from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Thursdays, Jan. 12 through Jan. 26, at the Friendly House Inc., 1737 N.W. 26th Ave. Cost is $154.
