Photos and story by

More than 40 high school students will be completing the Oregon Leadership Institute Program at 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 3 in the Events Center in Building 9 of the Rock Creek Campus. All of the OLI students come from Washington County schools. The graduation also will be a time to recognize the PCC students who committed to be mentors of the high school students through out the whole year.

In addition, the parents who attended OLI sessions will receive recognition for supporting their children. The program includes presentations by Mara Silvera (OLI Coordinator), Master of Ceremony Adriana Balderrama (Mentor) and Dimas Alfaro (Mentor), Preston Pulliams (PCC District President), and the awarding of certificates by Narce Rodríguez (Dean of Student Development at the Rock Creek Campus). After the festivities there will be a dance.
