Class shows pathway to personal transformation

PORTLAND, Ore. – Changing your lifestyle to a healthier and more energetic one is just one Portland Community College non-credit class away.
Instructor John Koroloff’s Pathway to Personal Transformation will help students learn how to radically reduce their level of obesity, rate of aging, chance of serious disease and understand how to recover their lean, flexible and healthy body.
The class will meet from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesdays, Oct. 3 through Nov. 21 in Room 105 at the Portland Metro Workforce Training Center, 5600 N.E. 42nd Ave. Cost is $59. For more information, call 503-978-5205.
