Master teacher leads West African dance class

PORTLAND, Ore. – Learn authentic traditional dances taught by a master artist from Senegal through a fun and unique non-credit class at Portland Community College.

In the class, West African Dance, instructor Ali Diouf will let students experience this ancient and beautiful art form, while helping them get a great workout. All levels welcome. The class will be held from 2:30 to 4 p.m., Saturdays, Sept. 30 through Dec. 9 in Room 101 of the HT Building at the Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave.
