As the Internet gets more and more complicated, basic HTML skills are no longer adequate for Web designers. This summer Portland Community College will offer an online non-credit class designed for those who aim to enhance their fundamental Web developing skills.

The class, CSS & XHTML: Level I, will cover how to create state-of-the-art Web sites using modern CSS and XHTML techniques. Instructor Alan Simpson will take your existing HTML skills to the next level and you will be able to build sites like the pros in no time. The class will be offered two times this summer: choose from July 18 through Aug. 24, or Aug. 15 through Sept. 21. Cost is $85. To register, e-mail ddavis@pcc.edu, or visit www.ourcoursescometoyou.com.
