With one day to go, thanks to everyone who votes – one way or another
Photos and story by Dana Haynes
One day to go.
I started this blog on Aug. 11 and, with a few exceptions, filed every weekday and a few weekends. I offered up 62 posts. Somewhere around 2,300 unique viewers have come to the site since then (thanks go to Gabriel McGovern of Technology Solution Services for that stat). In all, we’ve gotten about 3,900 "hits." That’s not bad. It’s certainly more than I anticipated.
Now, with just a day to go, I have this to say: Thank you for voting. I don’t care if you voted “yes” or “no” for PCC or for which presidential candidate. Your selections don’t matter; what matters is, you got the ballot, you thought it over, you participated, and you returned it.
Decisions are made by the folks who show up. When you vote, that means’ you.
Send your feedback to dana.haynes@pcc.edu. And thanks in advance.
