Yoga option to assist with fitness and mind

Photos and Story by

Are you wondering how to keep your New Year’s Resolution of getting in a bit more (fun) exercise without spending too much money?

We have an option! “Yoga/Mind*Body Fusion” club, chartered through ASPCC Sylvania, and open to all PCC students, staff & faculty, will meet weekly in the New Year on Fridays, 6:30-7:50 a.m. in Sylvania HT101.

Led by Lia Kidoguchi, a PCC Dance/Fitness Technology instructor, the course will likely feature two sections: one for Mysore practice (unguided self-paced workout) and the other for guided Yoga practice (workshop-style focus areas and an occasional taste of Pilates and/or Nia, depending on interest).

No tuition, no fees, no grade – just show up on any Friday, sign a Liability Waiver, *(available at spot.pcc.edu/~lkidoguc/Club/Club.htm), and go with the flow!((Please share the news with your PCC colleagues, friends and (fellow) students. Hope to see you one Friday soon!
