Volunteers needed to staff PCC booth at Washington County Fair

PCC has purchased a booth at the sustainability-themed Washington County Fair, which is free, this summer (July 30-August 2), where the college will have a presence in the Green Pavilion. Organizers are looking for volunteers to staff the booth as well as speakers to present on topics of sustainability related to PCC efforts and programs.

Please sign up to staff the booth in two-hour shifts within the following time frames:

Thursday, July 30 – Anytime between 10 a.m. and 11p.m.

Friday, July 31 – Same schedule

Saturday, Aug. 1 – Same schedule

Sunday, Aug. 2 – Anytime between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.

If you would like to make a presentation to up to 60 fair-goers and you need training on PCC’s sustainability programs, please email erin.stanforth@pcc.edu. If you would like to take a shift at the booth, please email mlipman@pcc.edu.
