'I have a Dream' Foundation has a friend in PCC-Rock Creek

Rock Creek Campus President David Rule meets and greets some of the students taking part in the “I Have a Dream” Foundation agreement with the campus. Rock Creek will host 60 cohorts from Forest Grove High School to study at the campus and will provide space for a Foundation coordinator to advise, track and support the cohorts.
