The Sylvania Campus ESOL students, instructors and staff saluted the end of fall term with a festive celebration on Dec. 4 in the CT building’s Tutoring Center. The potluck featured foods from around the globe and was organized by Patty Berger, ESOL Tutoring Center coordinator.
“This is a nice, relaxing way to celebrate all the hard work of our students and staff throughout the term,” said Luciana Diniz, ESOL faculty chair.
Enrollment in Sylvania’s ESOL program has climbed to more than 900 students, both credit and non-credit.
