Learn about adoption rights at Sylvania get-together

Hosted by the Infant Adoption Training Initiative and supported by PCC’s Early Education and Family Studies program, “Understanding Infant Adoption” will take place 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, May 15 in the Spruce Room, CC Building, Sylvania Campus.Topics to be addressed include:

  • Non-directive counseling techniques
  • Grief and loss in adoption
  • Adoption law and practice
  • Birthfather rights and responsibilities
  • Special issues in counseling teens
