April 1, the Beaverton Valley Times and the Forest Grove News-Times featured the Willow Creek Center’s earning LEED Platinum rating.
April 2, the Portland Business Journal ran an announcement on Cascade’s Paralegal program’s open house.
April 2, PCC’s curriculum development partnership with OHSU was highlighted by The Oregonian.
April 6, The Hillsboro Argus, Beaverton Valley Times and The Oregonian spotlighted May’s Art Beat Festival.
April 8, the Lake Oswego Review highlighted the Chinese Fulbright Scholar coming to PCC campuses and Sylvania Campus’ Preview Day.
April 9, Narce Rodriguez was profiled in the Portland Business Journal’s Women in Business section.
April 13, The Hillsboro Argus showcased the Rock Creek Campus’ Earth Day activities and Willow Creek opening.
April 14, the Portland Tribune, KGW TV, Portland Observer and Asian Reporter featured the Cascade Job Fair.
April 15, PCC’s growth in students received some noticed from OPB in a report on Clark College’s enrollment boom.

April 23, a Fire Science student, who was recognized by Forest Grove & Rescue with the Volunteer Firefighter of the Year award, was featured in The Hillsboro Argus.
April 25, The Sunday Oregonian profiled a best-selling author who credited a science class at PCC for sparking her writing career.
April 26, The Oregonian spotlighted the trouble Mt. Hood Community College is having gaining support for bond measures while PCC is showed as having good support.
April 27, Algie Gatewood was on KATU TV, highlighting his comments to the Portland Public School’s new school structure plan.
