Construction on schedule for the Newberg facility

Photos and story by

After a week of delay due to wet and cold winter weather, construction crews are ready to pour the building’s exposed concrete slab this week.  Earlier this month, R&H/Colas Construction graded and rocked Werth Boulevard, the south parking lot and the building pad.  Footings and stem walls have been poured and finished.  In preparation for the slab, the radiant tubing, floor boxes and drains have been installed.

Construction is on schedule to be completed this July, and doors will be open for classes in September.
