The Portland Plan.

The “Portland Plan – Proposed Draft” is a strategic plan designed to create well-paying jobs, advance social equity, improve educational outcomes and support healthy connected communities. Reflecting more than 20,000 comments from residents all over the city, the plan’s three integrated strategies – and framework for advancing equity – were designed to help realize the vision of a prosperous, healthy and equitable Portland. For the PCC community, on page 24 and 25 of the plan titled, “A Culture of High Expectations and Achievement for all Portland Youth” there are a number of five-year actions that relate to PCC.

To review the plan and comment, visit the Portland Plan website.

Submit written comments by email to psc@portlandoregon.gov with the subject line “Portland Plan testimony.”
