Auditions for ‘Frozen’ scheduled for Jan. 11

The theatre program at Rock Creek is holding auditions for the play, “Frozen,” written by Bryony Lavery. The play tells the story of the disappearance of a 10-year-old girl Rhona. The director is looking for two male and three female actors. Auditions are at 1, 2 and 3 p.m., Wednesday Jan. 11 in The Forum, Building 3.

To sign up for an audition time, e-mail valory.lawrence@pcc.edu. In the email enter in the subject Line: “January 11 Audition time.” In the body include: name, gender and the time you will be auditioning and a brief resume of your theatre experiences. You will be reading from the play at the auditions.

“Frozen” performances will be at 7 p.m., Feb. 24-25 and March 2-3 in The Forum. A mandatory technology rehearsal is Feb. 23. Rehearsals will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3-5 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m. If you are a cast member or you want to work on other upcoming productions you need to sign up for Theater Rehearsal and Performances TA 180A-0-17091 for one credit.
