Cranium founder to speak at PEAK event Thursday, April 12

The President’s Entrepreneurial Advisory Council, or known as PEAK, is hosting legendary Seattle entrepreneur Richard Tait at the Rock Creek Campus. Tait presents “Secret Sauce for Success: Eight Lessons from Cranium and Beyond,” from 1:30-3:30 p.m., Thursday, April 12 in the Event Center, Building 9. Representative of Seattle’s entrepreneurial culture and spirit, he has worked at Microsoft and Starbucks, as well as co-founded Cranium, which was later sold to Hasbro, and most recently founded the innovation lab, Boom Boom brands.

There will be a pre-event reception with light food and beverages from 1:30-2 p.m. His presentation will be from 2-3 p.m. and a Q&A/networking session from 3-3:30 p.m.

Described by GeekWire as “one of the Seattle area’s most accomplished entrepreneurs,” Tait co-founded Golazo and, in soccer terms, plays as the company’s captain and  “center mid.” Tait drives the ball, and leads the company’s overall operations, while sharing with the world Golazo’s vision and mission as the first passion brand for soccer.
