More and more Oregon university students that first step onto campus aren’t fresh out of high school, but seasoned collegiate veterans who started their education at a local community college like PCC. Betsy Hammond of The Oregonian recently penned an article highlighting the cost benefit for students starting their college careers at a two-year school versus a university.
