PCC earns OEMA Award for emergency management

The Oregon Emergency Management Association honored PCC with its Partner Coordination Award at its annual conference in September. The honor highlights the college as the first in Oregon to develop a classroom-based higher education degree program in emergency management. Carol and Lou Bruneau, instructors in emergency telecommunications and management and supervisory development, accepted the award on PCC’s behalf.
