Sylvania Music Program hosts special Valentine’s day concert

The Sylvania Music Program is hosting a free Valentine’s day concert by classical guitarist Michael Partington. This musical treat is from noon to 1 p.m., Friday Feb. 14 in the North View Gallery. Admission is free and all is welcome.
“Michael is a superb player who has been hailed as one of the top concert artists of his generation,” said John Mery, music instructor. “He is originally from the United Kingdom and is currently based in Seattle where he heads the guitar studies program at the University of Washington.”
This event is part of private music lesson requirements for students majoring or minoring in music at the four-year level.
