Cute dogs and cats up for adoption at Vet Tech
Photos and story by James Hill
Are you looking for a furry Friend? The Veterinary Technology Program has animals for adoption. If you would like to meet any of the animals you can email the Animal Wellness Coordinator Amanda Mathis at amanda.mathis1@pcc.edu, or Dolores Galindo, the program’s instructional support technician, at dgalindo@pcc.edu.
Animals for Adoption:
Dogs
Gretyl – “A 2-year-old spayed female. Smart, loyal and loves the water. Does well in obedience classes. Does not do well with other female dogs. The best home for her would be just people; no other dogs and no cats. She needs some time to let a new family know who she is so she can get the utmost of attention. Cute personality!”
Dodger – “Two year old neutered male. Our special little pit bull terrier. He has come a long way since we rescued him from the shelter. He is fun loving, loves to play with the hose, wants to please, very food motivated. We would love to see him go to someone he can hang out with all day! That’s what Dodger needs the most!”
Cats
Amber – “Beautiful girl! She is a 1.5-year-old spayed female. Fiesty!”
Arya – Also, 1.5-year-old spayed female. She is just sweet to the bone!”
Mimosa – “She is 18-month-old spayed female. Another sweet kitty; somewhat shy.”
Xenia – “A 2-year-old spayed female. Very god kitty, has a reserved personality but will play with the laser light and other things that move.”
