Foundation hosts ‘Giving Tuesday’ on Nov. 29 to provide urgent need funds

On Tuesday, Nov. 29, the Portland Community College Foundation is once again hosting its “Giving Tuesday.”
On this global day of giving, the foundation is asking the college community to come together to make gifts to support PCC students through the “Urgent Student Need Fund.” This fund is utilized to help our students with basic needs so that they can stay focused on their education and future goals.
This year, we are grateful to have a generous match from Comcast. They will be matching $1 to every $1 donated for the first $10,000 for the fund. Any gifts will have double the impact.
