PCC-Sylvania hosts information night for students with disabilities

SYLVANIA CAMPUS – Portland Community College’s Office for Students with Disabilities and the PAVTEC Education Consortium is hosting a Transition Information Night for students with disabilities and their parents, instructors and counselors.The Transition Information Night will be from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22 in the Little Theater of the Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave. Seating is limited so reservations are encouraged by calling 503-614-7738 by April 15. Parents, students and school staff will learn about the differences between high school and colleges services and how to access the right services. Speakers from the Office for Students with Disabilities will share important information on the college, the Culinary Assistant program, and what students need to know to start college.Parking passes will not be required for individuals attending this event.
