Photos and story by

PORTLAND – There’s more to "ideal" work than just simply doing what you love. The three major factors that determine a person’s ideal career will be explored in a non-credit class offered this fall by Portland Community College. How to Make A Great Living will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5 in room 234 at Lincoln High School, 1600 S.W. Salmon St. Instructor Jennifer Anderson will help students evaluate their work preferences, explore where they are in choosing a career, and create an action plan for reaching their goals. Tuition is $15 For more information, contact PCC Community Education at 503-614-7308.
