A Fish for Christmas Would be Nice

Or would a rod be better? As the old saying goes, "Give a person a fish, you feed them for a day, teach them to fish, you feed them for a life time." Education is like that.
That’s why Portland Community College suggests giving a friend or loved one the gift of education this holiday season. It doesn’t wear out. The guarantee never expires. It won’t need new batteries.
