PCC Watercolor Class at the Oregon Coast

OREGON COAST – Portland Community College is taking watercolor painting to the Oregon Coast with a four-day class, Water Painting on Site – Oregon Coast. The class will be held from Monday, Aug. 13 at noon through Wednesday, Aug. 18, ending at 1 p.m. Popular Northwest artist and teacher Jerry Fenter, who will help students paint the beautiful sites of Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park, teaches the workshop. The sessions will be held daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fenter will provide both individual and group instruction. A mandatory information session is scheduled for Wednesday, July 11, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Capital Center, N.W. 185th and Walker Road in Aloha, Room 1564. Cost of the non-credit class is $150. In addition, three nights lodging will be reserved in Seaside at a cost of $85 to $95 a night, or you may book your own lodging. (The college will not be able to refund tuition after Aug. 1.)
