Free PCC Lecture Series Set for Cedar Mill Library

CEDAR MILL – A series of noon lectures through Portland Community College will take place this fall at the newly remodeled Cedar Mill Library. This will be the seventh year for these free lectures that will explore all kinds of subjects, from personal development to financial planning. The lectures will take place from noon to 1 p.m. every Wednesday between Oct. 3 and Nov. 14 at the library, located at 12505 N.W. Cornell Road.The subjects include Three Winning Communication Techniques with Sher Ireland (Oct. 3), The Intuitive Mind with Sandra Shipley (Oct. 10), Dealing With Grudges with Claire Harwood (Oct. 24), Dealing with Difficult People with Pamela Brown (Oct. 31), Planning for the Future with Marsha Yandell (Nov. 7) and Making Changes in Your Life with Rickey Koehler (Nov. 14).These lectures are a joint presentation from PCC and the Cedar Mill Library.
