Media Advisory: Cascade Students Sponsor Health Fair for PCC and Community

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Associated Students of Portland Community College (ASPCC), Cascade Campus, will hold its annual Health Fair on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 17 and 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the interior street of the Student Center Building at the Cascade Campus, 705 N. Killingsworth Street. The public is invited.A number of health organizations will be attending, including Earth Save, Planned Parenthood, Western States Chiropractic College, Legacy Emanuel Trauma Services, N.W. RAGE (Resistance Against Genetic Engineering), Bureau of Housing and Community Development, East West College of the Healing Arts, Four Seasons Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic, HIV Health Services Center, and National College of Naturopathic Medicine.Bryan Ryzicka, a student organizer for the project, said the purpose of the fair is to "promote health on campus, and to educate our students and the community about the various health issues that affect us all."
