Posted by Melissa
On Monday, November 20th, 2017, an Oregon Department of Human Services vehicle was found in the Portland Metro Workforce Training Center (PMWTC), 5600 NE 42nd Ave., parking lot with a smashed windshield. A large rock was still on the hood of the vehicle, with the damage taking place at an unknown time over the prior weekend.
The following day, Tuesday, November 21st, 2017, an Oregon Department of Administrative Services vehicle, used by PCC as a driving education vehicle, was found parked and blocking in the PMWTC lot. The doors were unlocked, the hood up and the keys missing. At an unknown time the prior evening, the vehicle was likely taken from the lot and returned by an unknown suspect at approximately 6:00AM on the 21st. Although there are similarities in both incidents, it is unknown if they are related.
