Curling: Beginning Curling Lessons and Games
Learn the sport of Curling with this in-depth lesson series that includes sweeping, delivery, strategy, rules and the etiquette of game play. Lessons are a mix of off-ice instruction, followed by on-ice drills and coached gameplay.
Curling is a very social and adaptable sport for a variety of ages, body types and abilities. No experience necessary, and the instruction presented in this league is appropriate for curlers 0 to 2 years of experience. We'll provide the necessary equipment, all you need is warm clothing and a clean pair of sneakers.
