Find your innate power, confidence and inspiration! Combine information, discussion, role-playing and striking to gain practical skills in real-life scenarios. Learn to establish boundaries, execute effective strikes and recognize warning signs of danger.

The class is designed for women, femme identified, non-binary, trans students 18 and older. Students will develop their self defense mindset by practicing self defense tactics: Strike, Body Language, Voice, Comply, Tell with a focus on listening to our intuition and awareness. Discussion topics include; Body Targets and Body Weapons, Offender Ploys and Intimate Partner Violence,Myths and Truths About Violence.

Through role plays and pad drills, striking with full power to pads students learn responses to real life situations with the guidance of supportive instructors with years of martial arts and self defense experience. Instructors can adapt physical and verbal skills to create safety in all students bodies.
