It is a well designed publication, with worthwhile goals for good stewardship of resources. I’m on board… and a lot of conservation of energy is achieved through HVAC, which is my world, and major kudos to Laura Ward. I am one however that considers the assumptions behind the “Authority” as given on Pg-41 cause us to be suckers. I grew up in So-California, and the whole area now is really nice, as far as air-quality and livability…. these goals PCC has are along those lines I hope, and not harboring fears of catastrophe. The basic Hocky-stick model on C02 has been totally discredited, yet remains an assumption….hmmmm.
Nothing is sustainable without social justice.
