CIO brief: Accreditation review positive

IT response to accreditation recommendation received positive review at recent mid-cycle visit. Banner 9 formal “go live” was postponed due to technical issue in production environment (not a concern – still on schedule). Results of 3rd annual IT customer survey of students, faculty and staff again yielded significant increase in customer satisfaction, especially with students. “Net Promoter Score” (key measure of customer satisfaction) increased 15% year-over-year. Highlighted areas for focus were: wireless network, ERP (Banner) and instructional technology support.
